I feel like there is something with his beard it looks combed down more or something, under his eye looks like there's more lines it just seems that area of his face is different and maybe doubling in the pillars on back? But for sure the f isn't right it just the main up n down line with barely the top line on the fg initals!

The higher points on the design is most affected by damage. The beard looks like damage from what I can see on the image provided. Coin contact can also damage make incuse marks into a coin. This is not a die issue, but a damage issue. The 'E' on Liberty looks like anotherarea that could be affected as well?

The way his beard appeared to literally be combed down from temple to chin stood o u t as well as the lines under his eye there is 3/4 on my chin but the examples I seen didn't have the same but the whole side of his face nose to ear forehead to chin was driving me crazy-ish! Thank u coop
