Hey, I have a 1998 P Penny thats either BIE error or a die chip.
Do BIE error have to be the same size as the letters?

koi, BIEs are all die chips and not technically errors. But definitely set it aside in a 2X2, as it is very cool.Unfortunately there's no great added value there.

I just found a 1999 just like yours. I didn't realize these BIE die chips were happening after the 50s/60s.
