Hi everyone. I'm a newbie with limited mobile tech abilities. Sorry. Anyway I have a 1955 no mint mark Lincoln Wheat penny. Seems pretty average except that in the word " STATES" the cross bar in the letter A slants across downward to the right, not straight across. Here at home it appears to have just been somehow relocated that way. I don't see any obvious physical evidence of accidental or purposeful distortion. What are your thoughts ? Observations ? Explanations ? Thank you. I appreciate your time

It is possible that the 'A' took a hit long ago moving the metal up, over time the toning of the coin has hidden the impact.
