1955 No Mint Mark Lincoln Wheat Penny Oddity

Anyway I have a 1955 no mint mark Lincoln Wheat penny. Seems pretty average except that in the word " STATES" the cross bar in the letter A slants across downward to the right, not straight across. Here at home it appears to have just been somehow relocated that way. I don't see any obvious physical evidence of accidental or purposeful distortion. What are your thoughts ? Observations ?
