I've been performing a desk clean out. I have a couple rolls of nickels that I put aside over the years because they had chips in various places. Do these types have any added value or should I release them back into the wild? Thanks for your insights.

a whole roll with die chips might sell for a small premium, but probably not enough to cover the shipping costs

a series of coins from the same die pair that illiustrate a gradually enlarging die chip might also carry a small premium

Unless they're big and pronounced, I wouldn't keep them

Nothing huge on any. Most are the "hornet nest" variety. Thanks,
again.
