Hey everyone, like the title says I'm new to this, so I'm wanting to double check since I'm having trouble googling. Is this coin just scratched, or is it an actual error? Only wondering since it seems a bit deep, but isn't raised like all the articles calling a scratch are.

The arc you see was caused by another quarter getting pressed down on the obverse of your quarter. what we call PMD
