I see the second line above the leaf on the right side but it should be curved.

The only way to determine anything for sure is to get a clear closeup of the areas in question.

EDIT: To answer your question, yes this is the usual area for doubling to occur on modern coins (due to the single squeeze method of die production).
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
