I'd characterize that linear defect on LIBERTY as a scratch. Denver never minted any proof coins at all. Initially Philadelphia produced them, now it is San Francisco and West point. As for any errors on this coin - I see none (unless you include the person that decided to polish it). There are lots of circulation flattening and the devices are rounded - most likely due to the polishing it suffered. Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget.
