Here's another 7th column doubling but without any of the listed markers. How can it be ID'd then ?

numismo, The reason you can't find this, its not been identified yet. Read your post on the 2003, and also couldn't find it listed. Here is a couple of 2003s I've found that are not listed.

Don't know if these doubled columns will ever be a considered a collectible, but by not sending these to Charles to be identified, we're not helping the cause any.

Charles, perhaps you could post your guide line as to what you consider worth while sending in again. Thanks.

numismo,
There are so many of these bar on columns and most of them are not ID-ed because the finders are not reporting them to Charles,i am one of those people ,i do hope that they do catch on as a collectible because I have hundreds of them

That makes sense. Sorry, I didn't realize there were so many. I should have because I've found a few. Anyway,I'll taper off on my new find posts. I don't know if Chuck would want a slew of unidentified coins coming his way. Just a newcomer that gets excited when I find anything out of the ordinary. Meanwhile I'll keep squinting through my glass to find more. Thanks.

I don't mind them coming in - that's part of what I do...identify and/or assign die numbers to coins.

John1:

I havn't found hundred's (WOW!) but I've just recently found 5 different DR'S- 2 from 2003, 1 from 2004 and 2 from 2005 that I also can't seem to match up to any listed from Chuck's site. (all by the 7th column.)

I am sure there are hundreds of different dies that are not yet listed on coppercoins. These things are too plentiful to list all of them as they are found, that would be a full time job in itself. One step at a time, one package at a time. These will take years to list with reasonable completeness.

numismo,
No need to taper off your postings,we all like to see what other CCF members are finding as long as it's o.k. with Mom & Pop.

OK Great ! I really didn't understand the numbers of unidentified varieties.
I'll keep looking and post the really great finds and accumulate the minor ones
to send to Chuck later. Chuck, thank you for undetaking the research and ID of new varieties.
