I found a $10 star note from 1999 with a small tear.

Should I sell it or just send it back on it's travels. Does a small tear make it only worth face value?

Can you post a photo of it,that would help.If it has a tear most collectors wouldn't want it unless it has something else going for it like a low serial number.
