There are two different things going on with this, something on the obverse at the rim, and I think there are die clash on the reverse near the stars are. Need your opinions and acknowledge about this please.

Agree with the collar clash. Quite possibly a die gouge on the reverse. An overlay image might give us more clues.

Nice collar clash on the obverse, Don't think it is a clash on the reverse, (there is nothing on the obverse to correlate with the mark on the reverse - I say it is a die gouge or die dent, as John states.

Collar clash yes, Reverse clash no. there could be the front of the neck and it is not like this. Let see others.

I have no idea sincerely about those prices. I do not sell I just collect and study the coins. If I tell you a price or not wright I will be wrong with my self. Sorry.
