I'd compare it to others struck from the same die pair and I bet you will find it is severely undergraded. You can get free access to Bowers dollar book on the PCGS site to figure it out. I think you guys are overvaluing how much hair detail there is on the lower locks of this coin. the pickups are central hair detail and the feathers on the eagles wings. here is the photograde 10. its nearly identical to this coin. here is the 20. there is a lot more detail on the central hair and the egales wings on this than the coin in question. you get feathers on the eagles breast at 20. its a fantastic coin.
