That is caused by Die Deterioration and Split Plating,
nothing that helps with the value of the coin.

However I have found at least 6 of them in total
its not due to the Ring of Death on the end of each rolls
I will upload pictures of all of them as soon as I can find them

It is not "the Ring of Death".
It is split copper plating,some say caused by a type of MD.Kinda common with no added value either.

No need for more pics, we've seen these thousands of times. Very common split plating as mentioned. Not an error, no added value.
