By looking at the reverse, you can see that it was held still in a vise (see the flat spots opposite each other). then somebody "went to town" on this coin - maybe with the light touch with an electric engraver pen. But the image weirdly shows some kind of doubling. Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember.
