hello, I found this 1968 D dime with what it looks like to be a chin deformity or spacing right below the lip. Should I get it graded?

sadly, the anomaly is too small and coin's condition too poor for it to have a premium value

Why spend $50-60.00 grading a coin unless it is worth at least $150.00.
What you have is a badly deteriorated die (a complete photo would show this better) that has no added value.
