I always get a little nervous when I see blobs of stuff in the devises on a coin. Reminds me of a coin that had a quick dip and whatever comes off comes off and the rest stays...let it retone for a couple of months and all is good...idk?
Just me...but I would pass...

second look at this one I'm with Smat45. this coin may have been cleaned and the lighting is hiding what the surfaces really look like.

Coin arrived. In hand this one does not look cleaned and has some original luster remaining. It's nicer than I expected.
