I know it's probably silly, but I have been collecting the Washington Series Quarters and found this 2000P New Hampshire quarter that I can't tell if it is damaged or an error. Is it also a different color? Please help!

Seeing there is no possible way for that to happen during
the striking of the quarter, it has to be damage.
The colour is just environmental toning.
