Not a die break. Do you know what a die break is? Wow, I mess of a coin. Post mint damage, no mint error. Looks like someone tried to use this cent as a screwdriver. And the cent is bent too? Photos are blurry, so it's difficult see everything that's going on. Perhaps a gouge on the obverse as well and rim damage. Please crop your photos to the edges of your coin, and please, fewer photos. One of two images of areas of interest and of course, obverse and reverse overall photos. If we need more photos, we'll ask for them. Please work on sharp in focus photos so we can clearly see what's going on. Thanks.

Not the distortion on the edge of the coin? That is moved metal post strike. Damage is damage regardless of how it happened. Clues?
1. Incuse areas where they should level or raised like the normal devices.

2. On the outside edge of the coin, there is a distortion of the edge:

Note the crimped areas on the edge. If this area was not inside the collar, then it would swell outwards. But because it was normal, and now incuse, it is damage to the edge of the coin.

Damage is just damage regardless of how it happened. Always nice to know what happened, but only the victims know exactly how it was done.

CoopHome: Damaged coins: Why? Some one trying to make a fake error coin to sell it as what it is not? Sometimes gives up and just spends it. We find it. now just a face value coin.

the circular indentations suggest it might have been squeezed against another coin in a vise
