Would This Be Considered A Fancy Serial Number? (00266620)

Would collectors consider this to be worth keeping or selling? What would I be able to sell it for if it is worth more than its face value? Report this Post to the Staff

Also - given it's condition with those significant center folds even if it were a 'fancy' it would hold minimal collector interest.
