Hello,
I learned a VERY important lesson from my local coin dealer sometime ago when I thought one of my coins was "ruined" due to spots and smudges. He asked me what power of magnification I was using and I said 150x which is about what my scanner magnifies to. He then said that if you magnify anything 150 times you are going to see every little imperfection. He then showed me the 5x and 10x magnifying glasses he uses when checking coins he is going to purchase from customers or other dealers. So, to answer your question, I checked this coin with 10x magnification in good light and it looks just fine.
Thanks,
Rich
