If the color is accurate, I see this one as MS details, cleaned.

I'll say MS-64 but unsure of the color as well.

I have some concerns about whether or not this coin is genuine.

If it is, in fact, authentic, this is easily MS67, but questionable color and/or altered surfaces.

I'm with paralyse. my first thought was fake. something is not right with this coin if its legit. AT, artificial color, cleaned or something.
