I find it easier sometimes to look if the M is centered. Centered is wide. The M on your coin is obviously not centered between the A and E.

Also near FG is Wide AM and vice versa.

The "A" in STATES suggests WAM. Maybe a pic of the whole reverse as well as a closeup "AME". Thanks, Doug.

Why you look for close or Wide AM on 1999?

Would like the verify the initials "FG" location.

The three main PUP's for WAM vs CAM.

The AME spacing in AMERICA. If spacing is equal to the other devices suggest ( WAM) or not (CAM).
The Initials FG spacing from the Memorial base. Close suggest ( WAM) or not (CAM)
The A in STATES will be centered ( WAM) or not (CAM).

Thanks, Doug.

Hope I got right.

Never a good idea to attempt discussing separate coins in the same thread.

@2foxy - please start your own thread so we can give proper attention to your coin and not end up with a confused mess of replies.

@BigV - you have a CAM reverse. What does the obverse look like?

I'm with Halo, the A in states is centered, the FG is close, both confirm WAM. The M in America might have received a hit on the left side. Ok, I just figured it out. This is a 92, not a 99. WAM is the right reverse.
