Coin roll hunting produced this 2015P Lincoln Cent Doubled Die Obverse and seems in alignment with Variety Vista's DDO-001, perhaps a little of Stage A & B put together. Thoughts? On Wexler's, perhaps it's the WDDO-06 due to the notching on the "R" and "T" on Liberty, the doubling on the date and on "Trust". On the reverse, a die chip and crack on the top left of shield WDDO-016? (reverse only-shield). It seems a bit off from other varieties. Could it be an undocumented variety? Other die markers do match up... and also not. Assistance from the greats on here would be much appreciated. All pics from SD cards and full Obverse and Reverse with new DSLR in which I want to swear at, lol. I have studied the listing's for weeks and hope to have made a good judgement on matching the variety. I have my off days. Apologies on glare/blurriness. Thank you very much! To find that coin, did you have to use magnification of some sort? A glass, a loupe, a scope or your well trained eye.? I think that might be tough for me to spot. Report this Post to the Staff

To answer your question, when I found this coin I had my reading glasses on and immediately saw doubling on the date. I whipped out my eye loupe to look at it closer, then put it under my new microscope for close up pictures. I always use my loupe for coin roll hunting. I'm surprised I'm not blind by now, lol.
