I have already been to the section about these in CC. But I was sold this 63 and said it was full lines

It's called, Full Bell Lines. And it's only the lines on the bottom.
From these pics, I say no.

I think it's pretty darn close. If you could get a pic without glare it would be easier to identify. In the meantime:

Here's my 1958 MS 63 FBL. For your reference:

Yeah I checked all the usual sites for close up pics and description. This thing was in a box of junk silver I got off ebay a while back and just now got it out and looked it up. 90% too. I can't even get a good look under the microscope. Will try do another pic or two

If it looks FBL to you in-hand then it probably is.

I looked at PCGS and they have 4 pics of the different levels. No lines at all (smooth) and about half lines. And just about lines. And full. I believe it's between full and just about. But I can't really properly see the top part a little to the left

I only see shadows of the rings on the top left of the top ring too. Hmmm I would just call it a FBL and go with it. It could just be a weak strike in that area. IMO Mine is an MS 63...so if yours has that much lustre and no major dings, etc., I agree with your MS 63. But, that's just a guess.

Can not say with those photos. If its just for your own collection then label it as such and put it away.
