coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/15/2023 1:13 pm When the plating is removed, the zinc rot sets in faster. The naked zinc doesn't like oxygen. Rot sets in fast on the more zinc that is exposed. Report this Post to the Staff
