I'm thinking this ( might ) be a Pre-strike planchet damaged coin.
Back on 3/28/2021 I post one here at CCF and Mike Diamond remarked about it being one.
Has anyone else run across one?
This could be my forth.
Looking at the zinc layer it's not being eaten away like zinc rot.
Looks like just the copper is being eaten ( away?)

Sorry for a few extra pictures.
Thank you for taking your time and comments.

The roughened design rim does seem to support the diagnosis of pre-strike planchet damage affecting the planchet's proto-rim and nearby surface.

@Rob You do not need more photo, I put for confirmation of what I say. I can tell you this was happened during the annealing, for this reason I say blank because was before the milling to become a planchet. Is nice find and not many to see around.
