reverse strike is quite weak for an 86(P) the slightly blurry photos and lighting is making it difficult to assess the surfaces and luster properly. its making the surfaces look probably duller than they actually are and I cant tell if the luster is intact on the cheek and especially on the reverse around the bottom of the eagle.
i hate to give a grade only using these photos. due to the lack of any marks I dont think it was circulated. if the luster is missing then MS63/64 at the most. if intact maybe 65 but the reverse strike may hold it to MS64
The cheek and fields are super clean. Looks every bit GEM to me.
