Fuzzy, out of focus photos. Overall wear appears to be in VF range but the cheek issue could make this a details coin.

light may be hiding the surfaces here, good chance it was cleaned

photos a little small to tell how bad a scratch it is

i'll go with XF details

This one arrived. Sellers lighting made the face mark look far worse than in hand.

I'd say VF-30, but that scratch is pretty significant.
