I mean, I'm not very good at grading but maybe a high EF or low AU, some scratches on the face

LDS, it probably actually has nice luster which you can't see in the pictures. Try some direct light.

I'd say MS-63RD, possibly 64 if the luster is excellent. Unfortunately, nowhere near the 67 you would need to make it worth grading.
