I wish I've read the bunch of negative reviews in various internet forums about this auction firm BEFORE bidding. But in 2 decades of buying from various auction houses I never had any problems.
I've asked them about shipping about 4 weeks ago and they said that they "will send the item". Since then they don't reply to my messages. I have paid the won item in December. It is a very low amount of money, and I find it unbelievable that an auction house would risk their reputation for less than 100 euros.
If anybody had similar experiences, what can be done, legally? They are based in Belgium and I'm not.

Try to file a dispute with your credit card company if possible.

These companies don't care about their reputations, it seems. My recent experiences with paypal and ebay pretty much tell me they just don't care, like an automaton headed towards the abyss. |

If possible, file an online police report with the Belgium authorities. Add to the bad reviews of the auction house. Treat the whole incident as a lesson learned and just move on. It could have been a lot worse. Good luck in the future!

I will try to file an online report at the local police website and we'll see what happens. The loss has a very very minimal impact on my finances, but I fell that I got scammed, and I don't like that.

After I informed the auction house that I will take legal measures if I don't receive the items, they have replied very very fast (i didn't get a reply to none of my previous 4-5 e-mails in january-february). And in 3 days I have received my coins by FedEx.
