panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18681 Posts	Posted 02/17/2023 11:03 am maybe the lighting is obscuring the luster on this one. a little more weakness in strike than you should see on an 03(P). eye appeal a little below average for an MS coin however there are only a few marks that are concentrated below the eye the coin appears over dipped similar to several of the others.
