Hello everyone. I Happened to find a 1978 D penny with the word trust misspelled also its has offset tails also the 8 in the date is very small also its oxidation and has a closed D Is this a rare find

Please post some clear photos of your coin if you would like forum members to give an opinion on it. Without photos we can't tell if it's an error coin, a known variety or just damage.

You also need to place your post in the correct section of the forum - start a new topic under the section 'US Modern Variety and Error Coins'

Without photos we would just be guessing but it sounds
more like damage than an error.
