I found this penny that looks really odd like everything on it is "fat". There may be a small thin Cud around the edge? Everything looks like there is too much metal like Cud"ish".. Is this a normal thing?

PMD of some sort,some type of Dryer Coin maybe.Full coin photo obverse and full coin photo reverse as well as one or two close ups in every post please.
