Looks like + EDWA R ANGL DNS HYB for the obverse.
The Numista catalog for England is pretty good if you don;t have other resources, and can probably get you which Edward. While I can sometimes muddle through the legends, I'm not very good with specific ID for early pennies.

I think it's Type 10cf2b, Spink 1411. The left-hand ornament is missing and the bottom of the H is pointed. On Numista (and Spink), 10cf2 isn't split into a and b https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces324329.html10cf2b is the later part of the date range 1306-1307, so either Edward I or II, although it's classified as Edward I on Numista.

Thank you!! I am registered with Numista but I don't use it much, I will log on there later and have a good look at it and see if I can find another Edward ID.

That looks like Type 10cf3a, Spink 1412. The E is broken at the bottom, but the crown ornaments are there. Again, Numista and Spink don't split out 10cf3a and 10cf3b https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces324330.html10cf3a is earlier in the date range 1307-1309, so again is either Edward I or II. Again it's classified as Edward I on Numista, but since he died in July 1307, it could quite easily be Edward II.

Thank you John. Also, thank you for the extra information and the link. It's very interesting that because of Edward I dying in 1307 it makes it pretty much impossible to distinguish between the two kings. I will label it up Edward I/II. Thank you again
