2015 P Dime, Obverse Struck By Some Other Coin Die?

Hello Pros,

I found today a dime that has been struck by some other
demonination. I can see the letter around the dime but slightly.
I can see some kind of pictures in the hair and doubling on the B in liberty. So what do you guys and girls think? Is this an error coin?

That coin was struck with a very worn die, it looks like possible die clash as well.
