These are the sellers pictures and not the best. Any opinion on the grade. The surfaces look a little rough but that might be because of the image and might be better in hand.

No horn point, so at the best F-15.

Quote: No horn point, so at the best F-15. kanga. you are so hung up on horns. do you have a horn fetish? look at the entire coin. understand the issues with buffs especially the 20's. look at the sharpness of the lettering, date, hair on top of the head, definition of the rear hock area. just trying to help you hone you grading skills. VF25 might be cleaned

VF20/25 Details, cleaned and corrosion removed. Obverse had a significant amount of porosity, likely from corrosion that looks to be removed via acid. High points of the bust and Buffalo look a little too consistently smooth, with a lack of contact marks. This leads me to think they may have been smoothed over as well. Weakness in the buffalos head is typical for this date. This weakness can also be seen on the opposing side 1st feather. Still a relatively decent strike for the date, MDS. Would have been a nice coin before the environmental damage, sadly. I'd steer clear personally.

Kanga your fundamentals are seriously lacking for this series.
Research some more.

Grading is subjective, three different people can look at the same coin and have three different answers.

People should be free to express their grade opinions here without personal attacks.
Grading is subjective. You may not agree with someone's grade, but it would serve our community better to keep such opinions to yourself unless you are going to express them in private and not call people out in public. It discourages people from sharing their opinions if they have to worry about being attacked for doing so.
Besides, if one of the points of this forum is to help others learn how to grade, calling them out for a lack of grading knowledge on a particular coin series is an odd sort of "help." You can explain the rationale behind your grade opinions without needing to be rude or condescending to others who may not have your experience or knowledge.
Don't see cleaning; do see porosity; my grade VF20 details

Of course grading is subjective.
The issue though is if someone dismisses a coin from VF if it doesn't have a full horn is flat out wrong.
