This is a recut 55

I'm not sure what to make of the raised bump on the rim on the Fisheries and Agriculture side. It only appears on this side and nothing it out of place on the 1855 side.

It looks like solder. Maybe someone just started to make something out of it or affix it to something.

Thanks, I think it might be a Cud on the rim. Couldn't think of term, then it came to me. It is completely flush with coin, unless maybe someone polished it along the edge to make it smooth.

I was thinking a Cud too. And that's a very nice, full strike. Those coins often look sort of mushy in the middle, particularly through the date. EF in my view as well.
