I was at a coin show in 2014/2015 and a dealer there had a huge display of rare TPG holders, he had everything you could imagine. He had one of these ANACS Blue 7.0 holders and said that it was a scarce find. If I recall correctly he stated that this label was used for only one day.

You will notice the ANACS logo on the front of the holder is raised up, instead of level with the grade.

I have kept an eye out for this holder since the day I learned about it, I will admit this is the first one I have come across since then. I'm sure I have looked at 10,000 plus. I was just wondering if anyone has any more info than I have on the ANACS 7.0, or maybe has one of these holders in their collection.

Best current reference for ANACS generally is John's work: https://www.oldslabholders.com/post..._generations and you want slide #22 (I call it the ANACS "Wings" vs. the more common curve top). Also check slide #38.

Your cert# is a little over 8,000 above John's example of both 7.0 and 7.1!!

John also has a copy of Bob Paul's early ANACS that can be hard to find!

Spent 30 minutes viewing those slides, not disappointed in the least.

I've never seen an ANACS holder like this one before until now.
