Welcome to CCF! There's a couple examples on link below, one is a fouree which is plated silver. Victory facing left is less common than facing right. Hard to suggest a value but yours has dark spots which reduces the value in my opinion. Yours may be a fouree too if there is evidence of silver plating but the photos are not clear enough to see.
