Greetings all , I have a new scope but not well tuned in with it yet so I hope this first post of mine goes well.
I have been going through OBW`s Iv`e had sense the early 70`s that are from from the the early 60`s and have found many wonderful RPM`s Die Chips ect. this will be an example of what I sometimes go through while cataloging my findings and hope some of you folks can clear me up.

the RPM seems to fit within the 039 ref: VarietyVista.com
there is a minimum Die Chip inside top of the O in ONE

as well as a light Die Crack in hair

Now there is a weak die chip in the right cornice but none on the left base, so this seems to put the coin in a stage C condition.
what gets me is there are none of the scratches running east to west above the date to the bust, nor west of the bust along Liberty. On VV they show strong from stage C through D then weak in E witch my coin could be but for the chips appear at stage D at the left base and become stronger at the cornice and in the O as well as Die cracks in hair and even stronger in E.
Now I could be over thinking this and need to just call it Stage C and be done with it, or am I just looking for the proverbial what came first "The chicken or the Egg" Or in this case the"Chip or the Scratch"

.
Sorry for the long dissertation and any advice on my posting skills will be taken graciously...Thank you all
