We have real experts here who can help. I can't see what you have with the photo as-is. Please remove the coin from the crinkly 2x2 holder and show us in focus photos of both sides.

Could be die scratches but clearer photos with less glare
are required to see the detail.

The die scratches on the fields are so deep, they are the higher areas on the coins fields. Not a plus for the coin, it is just die scratches now that was part of the striking process.
