Livia Drusilla was a grandmother of Claudius. Your coin shows Antonia Augusta. It does not look right, the hair is crudely done, the whole style is bad, the letters are wrong. The reverse word is supposed to be "sacerdos", yours says "jacepros" the forger could not even spell correctly. It's a fake. Be careful when buying ancient coins. A lot of fake coins are sold to tourists in Egypt, Turkey, Greece, etc. Here's a link to some genuine coins of Antonia: https://www.acsearch.info/search.ht...=1&es=1&ot=1¤cy=usd&order=0

My dear friend, first, I am not the one who falls into the trap of counterfeit coins, secondly, it has been seen by an expert here in Egypt who spends his whole life in this field, and he has proven its originality because I have been dealing with him for a long time.

If your "expert" claims that this item is a real ancient coin, then ditch them at first opportunity. This is in no way ancient, and the differences from a real ancient coin are extremely obvious to anyone remotely familiar with legitimate Roman coinage. Quote: Be careful when buying ancient coins. A lot of fake coins are sold to tourists in Egypt, Turkey, Greece, etc. Adding to this: AFAIK, in many of those countries, it is illegal to sell real ancient coins (at least, without explicit government permission), but it is legal to sell fake ancient coins (at least if they are as obvious as this one).

In general, I will try to make sure, and if you have anyone who buys large groups, contact me and I will give you very much lower prices than what is offered on the Internet.

I will accept this possibility from you because it is a piece out of hundreds, but can you give me your opinion on this forged piece?

It's good you want to learn by being on CCF. Do you know who the woman is on this coin? You offered to be a seller. You need to know what you are selling. It has no ancient patina at all. It's either been overly cleaned or a cast fake. You did not know the first coin you posted is a fake.
It's illegal to export genuine ancient coins and artifacts from Egypt without permission from the Egyptian government. People can buy/export all the modern reproductions and fakes they want. I recommend nobody buy from anyone in a country where it's illegal to sell, export ancient coins/objects without the proper paperwork. It's called cultural property, be careful.

Yes, I have information about her in the PDF booklet, but to be honest, she and about 3 pieces I own of the same type have been cleaned, because if she and the others had not been cleaned, they would have suffered great damage, but they are not fake and one hundred percent original, while the other groups did not touch the organization at all

These three pieces belong to Severus Alexander, and with the presence of the Internet, you can get detailed information about them easily, the three pieces are for sale at a price of $ 1800, delivery and payment is local if you wish. livingwater And with you or with any American in dealing in this or other I must be careful and alert as if I am in a state of war on the occasion of the Egyptian government and for many other reasons I do not have to tell you that make me more cautious than the American and I will always be, and caution is not racism but it is a duty and for many reasons

These look like they may be genuine but the pics are too dark to see details. Enjoy learning.

Of course it should be dark because it is naturally original and not like what users display illustrated from catalogs and even offer it for sale and we do not know what it is or what we buy specifically. You also enjoy your time with the group

I'm not talking about how dark the coins are. I'm saying the photo is dark, the exposure to too dark to see the surfaces of the coins.

Sorry, my lighting is not good enough, in addition to the fact that my phone that I use is an old type.
