I'm a newbie Canadian paper money collector, are there any ways I can find out the database of all replacement notes printed incl. recent polymer bills. Are 2000 $10 bills with Prefix FDU replacement notes? like this one on ebay

Welcome to the forum gin833!

There is a guide you can purchase online that provides this information and much more. It's called: Canadian Government Paper Money - A Charlton Catalogue

It costs about $40 Canadian plus tax but is well worth the price if you plan on getting into the hobby.

The Canadian Paper Money Forum (CPMF) provides a Serial Number Database (SNBD) which has all the information about replacements ranges online. You must register in order to use the database:
https://cdnpapermoney.com/forum/

Another site that may be somewhat useful is "coinsandcanada" but unlike the Charlton catalogue just gives very general info on what replacements could be demanding. It can be tough to follow (or to nail down the going BV for a particular replacement) but some use it (with a grain of salt):
https://www.coinsandcanada.com/bank...s-prices.php

& yes that FDU $10 is a replacement (# falls within the range)

Thank you very much! Does the latest version of Charlton Catalogue consist of Viola Desmond $10 replacement notes information? Is its online version more updated than hardcopy?

There is no online Charlton catalogue.
CPMF is your best bet online

There have been no recent reports of insert replacements. It is believed that the practice of inserting replacements stopped just prior to the release of the 2015 QEII jubilee $20.00. After this time, extra (partial) prefixes were produced to make up for loss due to defective sheets.

The last of the inserts should all be 2015 or prior (I believe).

I registered for using CPMF. I believe I need time to learn how to use it.

How can I find out which prefixes were issued for make up purpose?

It will take some time understanding how to interpret the database. Just be patient and you'll get the hang of it. Read the top row for "Prefix" "H/L" is high/low # & "serial" is the serial reported. Check out the 2015 FWW prefix & you will see that the confirmed highest note is FWW 3473999. You will see that the bottom row is highlighted in yellow & that the figure has been confirmed by the BOC (Bank of Canada)
