Photos look a bit odd, can't get a feel for luster. Very clean besides what is going on on the bottom of her cheek. My guess would be MS-65

Looks like a 64 or 65 to me. I don't see why it wouldn't straight grade.

typical sharp strike. eye appeal is there based on the photos. not 100% certain about the luster due to glare.

MS64 not sure if it was dipped out. in-hand will tell you for sure
