Tried to move light a little.
Probably no big deal. Is there an extra vertical bar inside the MM. At certain angled light looks like something at arrows.
Like I said probably nothing.

Need to see the other devices below this area, to see if this is Machine Doubling post strike. I don't think this is a RPM. Why? If it were, then the inside of the top loop on the inside would also be affected. Also the overall size of the mintmark is reduced, not enlarged showing a double punch on the mintmark.

I see contact marks on the tops of the mintmark and MD on the bottom edge of the mintmark. Thus seeing the bottoms of the devices on that area will show us more. (Not more images of the mintmark, but the devices near the rim areas)
