Do you have a question? If you are looking for an approximate value, look in the back of a RedBook, there should be a general error coin price section. Looks like the same coin to me, just a different lighting in each picture.

Nice Coin. Is there a question?

I have numerous questions, what year it could be, what the exact error this is. Perhaps what the value is sure. What mint perhaps. How many questions does anyone else have on this coin?

Looks like a pre '82 cent, no split plating visible, but weight would confirm. Try to hold the coins by the edges so you don't get fingerprints on them. They exact error is a 1 cent coin struck off-center. Year and mint mark are undeterminable other than pre or post 1982 by weight or split plating(possibly) if post 1982.

itzwert, Where did you get it? As to value, check ebay sold values for an idea on current value. The Red Book values are too high and out of date. John1

Yes, @khromtau gives excellent advice, dirty or greasy finger prints will cause for an inaccurate weight.
