I can't figure out why but one of these memorials and other devices on one of the coins look different. Idk which one is correct or a fake or a variety. The Penny on the right looks like the memorial is more narrow and shorter but with taller columns and the bust on the observe is bigger?

Could be a different batch using a slightly deteriorated die would be my guess.
