If I'm not mistaken it's a fake coin. They combined the UK with the Mexican coin. And it should read 1967 If it was a real mexican 50 cent piece

Yes, some kind of odd "fantasy coin". Very typical of Chinese "fantasy coins", it combines elements of several genuine coins (in this case. a British 10 new pence and a Mexican 50 centavos). Either made as play money, or made as a fantasy for sale to tourists.
