I will put some Shield nickels, Buffalo nickels, Liberty "V"'s, and some 3CN's .............to make it more appropiate in that area. Two of each will give me the eight spots there that are currently filled with the Jefferson's. Of course I'll flop up another pic once this is done.... Nickel 3CN's (or the 3 Cent Nickel) were struck starting in 1865 and ending in 1889 to replace the Silver version. The Silver Three Cent pieces or (Trimes) were struck starting in 1851 and ending in 1873 with 3 different varieties. 3CN...weight...1.94 grams..... .750 copper..... .250 nickel....17.9 mm Silver 3 Cent piece.. weight .80 grams.... .750 Silver ...... .250 copper 14 mm Edited by eaglefoot 03/13/2009 10:24 am Report this Post to the Staff

I have multiples of all of the westward series. I have been sort of haording all I could get. I have many in unopened rolls, and many more from circulation. almost 1000 buffalo "P" and 500 - 600 of the rest. I am willing to trade. thanks. Report this Post to the Staff
