Can I have all your halves I asked the teller. Why are you a coin collector? Nope Well I only have 40 dollars worth and there is no silver in them. I said doesn't matter I like spending them! Got home and pulled a 1968d 40% er out and said no silver eh

I've never seen $40 at any of the 3 banks I go to for rolls. They NEVER have more than 1 roll or a few loose ones. Someone's getting them.

Haha nothing's funnier than when you go in there with hundreds worth in coins and ask to exchange them for cash, or when you ask for boxes of coins.. Would It be bad to tell them you're a collector? I've been asked that a lot but I always say I need them for my businesses and it turns out to be satisfying answer for them.

i dont think it is bad to be a collector! I just am using it as an investment not as a collection. Funny thing is it was the very last coin I saw
