Lithuanian Silver Coins Cleaned?

They look natural to me. No obvious scratches in the fields. No grime in the letters. Wear looks even so no reason to suspect cleaning. The black spots are probably carbon, but I'd need to see a close-up of each coin tilted at a slight angle to rule out pitting. If there is pitting but the coins are otherwise white I'd suspect a sonic cleanse. I look forward to reading other opinions

The discoloration on these coins could easily come from the holders they were in for years or decades. PVC and other plastics but also some cardboard or natural cloths act as catalysts for coloring and pitting. Who knows where these coins have been? I still don't think they've necessarily been cleaned, maybe just stored the wrong way over the years. Happens all the time. A lot of collectors thought PVC was a miracle holder till years later the tarnish proved otherwise. That's why 2 coins can have the same grade but very different prices based on eye appeal.

I hope other members chime in soon. I'm sure someone here can identify the source of the color we see in these pics.
